These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jlq ("jlq," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jlq.one ("Platform"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the Platform, including all games, promotions, payment services, customer support interactions, and any other features or content made available through jlq.

Access to and use of the jlq Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
jlq reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension pending verification.
To access real-money gaming features on jlq, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by jlq. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will promptly update your account details if any information changes.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) jlq account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If jlq determines that a player holds more than one account, jlq reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold any winnings generated through duplicate accounts.
jlq is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players. You may be required to submit copies of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. jlq may suspend deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay pending completion of KYC verification.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all account information remains accurate and up to date. jlq shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlq login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jlq will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel.
You agree to notify jlq immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jlq shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
jlq implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, OTP verification for new device logins, and automatic session timeouts. However, no security system is infallible, and jlq does not warrant that the Platform is free from all security vulnerabilities.
jlq accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available subject to your card issuer's policies.
All transactions on jlq are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jlq does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or any form of cryptocurrency.
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jlq reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. jlq reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours during business hours.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your jlq account dashboard. These limits may vary based on your account verification status, VIP tier, and the payment method selected.
jlq offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:
All games available on the jlq Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
All games on jlq use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. The outcomes of all games are determined solely by the RNG and are not influenced by jlq, its employees, or any third party. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jlq will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to your account balance. jlq's decision in such matters is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlq Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the jlq Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of jlq or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jlq.
jlq collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jlq complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlq's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlq account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jlq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if jlq has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jlq does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
jlq reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or at jlq's sole discretion where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to jlq's interests or regulatory obligations.
Upon termination for cause, jlq reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your jlq account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jlq Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact jlq's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jlq will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
Disputes relating to the fairness of game outcomes may be referred to PAGCOR or the relevant independent testing laboratory for adjudication. jlq's decision on all game-related disputes, made in good faith and in accordance with applicable game rules, shall be final and binding.
jlq reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jlq will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
